What information Intrinsic Communications holds and why

Whilst Intrinsic  Communications strives to not hold and process any unnecessary data. In order to conduct our standard business practices, it is necessary for us to hold certain information and from time to time use this information to contact you with relevant business-related information.

The information we hold will have been opted in after you have registered, requested a brochure, downloaded content, enquired for more information – information related to this will be; name, job title, company’s name, telephone, and email address.

Whilst cookies are not harmful and standard across the web, it’s important you understand the implications to your privacy.

Why cookies are essential to Intrinsic Communications?  No cookies collected by Intrinsic  Communications will contain any personal information which will be at all used to identify you. Intrinsic Communications’ use of cookies is solely in order to enable us to use Google’s analytical tools. These help us ensure our websites are providing the most relevant and insightful information. Whilst also helping to monitor our product performance. 


What does Intrinsic Communications do with personal information?

All the personal information outlined in the section above will be only be stored in our CRM system Pipedrive and subsequently used where we deem there to be a legitimate business interest. All information held by Pipedrive is kept in one of their GDPR compliant Data Centers more information can be found on this here.

As previously stated Intrinsic Communications will only contact you (by telephone or email) about relevant products/services directly related to your business function. If you do not wish this to be the case, please tick the required box when submitting your details and your information will not cross into our CRM.

There is also an option to unsubscribe from communications at the bottom of each email correspondence.

Another unsubscribe option is to email info@intrinsic-communications.com with a request and we will ensure this has been fulfilled within 24 hours.

Keeping your personal information up to date

Where possible, we try to ensure all data held by Intrinsic Communications is accurate and up to date. However, this in part is reliant on the information submitted to us in the first place.

Please inform us any changes to your information, such as name or email address, and we will ensure records are updated. Similarly, please point out if you notice any errors in the information.

You also reserve the right to obtain records to any data that Intrinsic Communications holds about you. Requests for this can be made to info@intrinsic-communications.comand will be dealt with within a month of the initial request. There is no fee associated with doing this.

We do not rent or sell our customer information, it is collected and processed purely for Intrinsic Communications use.

We may share personal information with our partners (sponsors/exhibitors) subject to your topic of interest. This will only be done, providing we have specific consent from you in order to do so.

Where is my information held?

Any information held by Intrinsic Communications will be kept within the European Union. Information is stored in our CRM provider who has locations based within Europe.

When does this Privacy Policy not apply?

This policy covers the collection and subsequent usage of data by Intrinsic ommunications. It does not cover third party sites to which we use/provide links. These companies, have their own privacy policies which you will be able to find here;
